(Nasdaq: TTMI), a leading manufacturer of time-critical, technologically advanced printed circuit boards, will participate in the JPMorgan 34th Annual Technology Conference on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at 2.20 p.m. Pacific time. The conference is being held at the Westin, St.Francis in San Francisco, California.

TTM will also present at the Credit Suisse First Boston Supply Chain Summit on Wednesday, May 31, 2006 at 2.15 p.m. Eastern time The conference is being held at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York, New York.  
   
Kent Alder, President and CEO, and Steve Richards, CFO, will discuss TTM's successful strategy and its ability to capture market share in the printed circuit board industry.
