| SANTA ANA, CA - April 21, 2005 - TTM Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: TTMI), will host an open house at its Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin facility, following completion of its phase one expansion in the first quarter of 2005. Chippewa Falls is TTM's largest facility, serving the high-end, complex technology needs of some of its most sophisticated commercial customers. The expansion, which featured a 47,000 square foot addition, increased capacity by approximately 55 percent, at a capital cost of $10 million. |

| To mark the completion of the expansion, the company will host an open house at its Chippewa Falls facility, located at 234 Cashman Drive, on Thursday, May 5, 2005. The event will be open to the public, with a ribbon cutting ceremony and remarks from Dan Hedrington, Mayor of Chippewa Falls, and Kent Alder, CEO of TTM Technologies, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and guided tours of the 240,000 square foot facility from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. |

| "To date, roughly 100 jobs have been added during the expansion, bringing total employment at the Chippewa Falls division to 1,050," said Tom Zwiefelhofer, Director of Human Relations at the Chippewa Falls Division. "And we plan to increase employment further in the first half of 2005." |
